51st Regiment Officer Waterloo Medal. Awarded to CAPT EDW. H. FREDERICK 51ST REG LIGHT INF. The original ribbon (fragile) mounted with contemporary unofficial clasps CORUNNA, WALCHEREN, FUENTES D’ONOR, SALAMANCA, VITTORIA, PYRENNEES. The medal fitted with a contemporary ribbon suspension. Captain Edward H Frederick is confirmed on the Waterloo Medal roll as a Company Commander. He was awarded the Campaign of the Order of the Bath in 1838 at that serving with the rank of Lieutenant General.
