WW2 Australian Combat Knife

7 1/2 inch, single edged, clipped point blade.  The forte marked "GCS".  Large, white metal, oval crossguard.  Polished horn slab grips secured by three steel rivets.  Contained in its well made leather scabbard.  The rear tip with field adapted, alloy strengthening plate.
