Indian Royal Marine Officer's Dress Sword

31 1/4 inch, single edged blade with wide fuller.  Etched crowned fouled anchor with "RM" and floral scroll panels.  The forte with retailer "S.W. Silver & Co Portsmouth & London".  Brass guard with rear folding section.  Crowned fouled anchor "RM" set on a sunburst cartouche.  Brass lion mask pommel and backstrap.  Shagreen covered grip with twist wire binding.  Contained in its leather scabbard with brass mounts.  Complete with later sword knot.
