Circlet inscribed PRINCESS CHARLOTTE OF WALES'S; seeded gilt centre mounted with silver crown over 49. Universal pattern rococo ends. Generally GC Under Cardwell reforms became 1st Bn. Berkshire Regiment 1.7.1881
