1869 Victorian Scots Guards Officer's Sword By Wilkinson London

32 1/2 inch, single edged blade with wide fuller.  Etched crowned VR cypher and Victorian crown, Scots Guards badge.  Battle honour foliage scrolls and owner's initials "AJCDF"?.  Forte with maker "Henry Wilkinson Pall Mall London".  Back edge numbered "16312" (1869).  Steel guard with Scots Guards badge cartouche.  Part checkered backstrap.  Shagreen covered grip with twist wire binding.  Contained in its steel scabbard with two loose hanging rings.
