WW1 1915 Royal Field Artillery Casualty Group of Medals. Awarded to "78294 DVR D. BUXTON RA". 1914/15 Star "DVR RFA", British War Medal, Victory Medal, "DVR RA", Bronze Memorial Plaque "DAVID BUXTON". Medals loose. Driver Davis Buxton was born in Norwich and landed in Egypt on the 5th April 1915 and served as a driver with 460th Howitzer Battery RFA. On the 6th November 1915 he was wounded with a gunshot wound to the chest and died on the 11th December 1915.
