19th Century Court Dress Sword

32 inch, double edged, narrow blade.  Etched crossed lances and foliage scroll panels.  Maker panel "J B Johnstone Dublin & London".  Gilt brass shell guard with edge stud decoration.  Gilt brass crossguard with downturn quillon, D shape knuckle bow, urn pommel and square form grip all with edge stud decoration.  Contained in its leather scabbard with gilt brass mounts.  Complete with its gilt wire sword knot.
