1845 Victorian Infantry Officer's Sword

32 1/2 inch, single edged blade with large fuller.  Etched crowned VR cypher, foliage panes and owner's initials "W E".  Forte with retailer "Stone & Forster York St. St James. London".  Brass, Gothic guard with crowned VR cartouche.  Brass stepped pommel and stylised foliage decorated backstrap.  Shagreen covered grip with twist wire binding.  Contained in its steel scabbard with two hanging rings.
