18th Century Converted Small Sword Possibly Into A Plug Bayonet

10 3/4 inch, shortened sword blade. Flat face and hollow ground rear sections. 1 1/2 inches wide at the forte. Oval, brass crossguard, ferrule and flat pommel. Simple wooden grip with various cracks. Contained in a period, black lacquered leather scabbard.
