14 1/2 inch, single edged blade widening towards the point. Wide fuller.  Forte marked "Fichtel & Sachs Schweinfurt".  Back edge dated "15".  Steel, turn up crossguard and pommel.  Wooden, grooved slab grips.  Contained in its steel scabbard.  Steel with dark patina.
