14 1/2 inch, single edged blade widening towards the point. Large fuller.  Forte with maker "Alex Coppel Solingen".  Back edge dated "15".  Steel, turn up quillon, part muzzle ring and pommel.  Wooden grooved slab grips.  Contained in its steel mounted, leather scabbard.
