30th (Cambridgeshire) Regiment of Foot Victorian OR’s glengarry badge c. 1874-81. Good die-stamped brass crowned strap SPECTEMUR AGENDO; Sphinx on EGYPT tablet and XXX to voided centre. Toned copper loops North & South. Service wear GC 30th became 1st Battalion. The East Lancashire Regiment on Friday 1st July, 1881.
