Good scarce die-stamped white metal Royal Arms with scroll below FIRST over a gun resting on a scroll MIDLOTHIAN COAST ARTILLERY VOLS. Three toned loops. Lead reinforced scroll end Formed at Leith 16th October, 1859. Sub title (Midlothian Coast) dropped in 1888 and 1889 HQ moved to Edinburgh.
