9 1/2 inch, single edged, plated blade with fuller.  Forte with maker "RICH. ABR. HERDER. SOLINGEN".  Plated, turn up crossguard and bird beak pommel.  Black composite, checkered slab grips.  Contained in its black painted steel scabbard.  Complete with black leather frog.
