Irish Antrim Militia (Queens Royal Rifles) Victorian shako plate circa 1865. Good rare die-stamped blackened brass Maltese cross with ball finials to the tips and lions between the angles. Top arm inscribed QUEENS, the other three in Gaelic, circlet ROYAL ANTRIM RIFLES with Hand of Ulster to centre. Brass loops North and South. VGC Gordon Cummings Collection.
