54 bore, 7 inch, blued, rifled, octagonal barrel. Front blade sight. Lower, unusual screw turn loading lever. Case hardened, six shot cylinder. Frame with floral scroll engraving and marked "Patent No A675". Central, spurless hammer with push button safety. Blued steel trigger, grip frame and butt cap, all with floral scroll engraving. Finely checkered slab grips. Contained in its polished mahogany case. Lid with brass escutcheon. Interior baize lined fitting. Complete with steel, conical bullet mould ... Powder flask with darkened, bag shape body. Brass top with exposed spring. Adjustable nozzle. Maker "James Dixon & Sons" ... Wooden handled nipple key ... Wooden handled cleaning rod ...
