gilt, rectangular plate overlaid with silver cut star and cross with central elephant over "LXXVI".  Gilt overlaid Victorian crown, battle honour scrolls and laurel wreath.  Rear with hook and stud fittings.  Elephant and numerals possibly replaced and one hook to rear repaired.
