85th Foot (King's Light Infantry) Victorian quilted shako plate badge c. 1861-68. Good scarce die-stamped brass crowned star bearing Garter, the seeded centre with pierced stencilled numerals 85. Retains both original lead soldered iron loops to reverse. GC Orininal toned lead soldered horizontal loops. Minor service wear. GC
