1914/15 Star (PTR 1 RN), British War Medal and Victory Medal (PTR RN). Medals loose. Painter Harry Jackson volunteered for service with the Royal Navy in 1902 and is confirmed as a Painter. He joined HMS Defence on the 2nd September 1913 and was still serving onboard when she was sunk at the Battle of Jutland with the loss of all hands.
