WW2 2nd pattern Fairbairn-Sykes Commando fighting knife. Arrow B Stamp A good and scarce example. The hilt with brass grip of chequered design. Double edged plain spear point blade and fitted with an oval cross guard. The guard is stamped with a WD Arrow and B., also double stamped ENGLAND. Housed in a brown leather scabbard with brass square chape. Blade length 16.7 cm Some knocks. This is an original issue WW2 2nd pattern Fairbairn-Sykes knife, which has been sold as surplus and imported into the USA, post war, this being the reason for the England stamp
