Private William Gill was born in Redruth Cornwall and enlisted into the Liverpool Regiment whilst living in Cardiff. He was listed s wounded on the 29th May 1918 and was Killed in Action whilst attached to the 13th Bn Liverpool Regiment on the 24th October 1918.
