8 inch, double edged, blued blade.  Forte with small Ordnance stamp.  Blued steel, oval crossguard stamped "998D".  Steel ferrule.  Ribbed wooden grip with oval ball pommel.  Pommel with Ordnance stamp.  Now contained in later leather example.  Clean condition.
