Bandsman Sword & Scabbard early 19th Century . A scarce example the single edged curved blade is a length of 26 inches. The hilt with solid brass cross guard, grip and lion head pommel. Fitted with a brass chain knuckle guard. Housed in leather and brass mounted scabbard, the top mount with frog button. Overall GC clean condition.
