Duke of Wellington's (West Riding Regiment) Officer's helmet plate badge circa 1901-14. Good scarce gilt crowned star mounted with Garter and laurel sprays bearing scrolls THE WEST RIDING REGIMENT. The crimson cloth centre bearing silver Wellesley crest and motto. Converted from a Victorian example whilst in service. Three loops. Toned GC.
