Badge. Royal Artillery Victorian Officer's helmet plate circa 1878-1901. Good die-stamped gilt example Royal Arms, pierced around the shield, with scroll below UBIQUE over a gun with mounted wheel resting on a scroll QUO FAS ET GLORIA DUCUNT. Three loops. Dull but generally GC.
