Eight pointed square tipped silver star mounted with pierced gilt strap inscribed TARIFA VITTORIA ST.SEBASTIAN PENINSULA to the centre, silver Royal Crest over 47 with gilt laurel sprays below set on a rich blue translucent enamel ground.
