steel shell with lower rolled edge brim.  Traces of green painted finish.  Internal brim stamped "ET64".  Alloy lining band with built in chinstrap loops.  Leather, nine tongue sweatband (possibly later replaced).  Leather chinstrap with alloy buckle.  Some pitting to shell.
