WW1 Pattern British Army Machine Gunners Vest. A scare example of the type. Two large padded shoulder panels with three brass General Service buttons to the front. White cotton trim to the arm holes and with waxed cotton band to the interior. Minor storage wear Near VGC. The white trim and wax cotton is typical of a WW1 issue, later issues had khaki trim and band. This example bears a post 1924 WD issue stamp
