A good scarce die-stamped brass triangular fluted plate bearing Prince of Wales's plumes over Royal Arms above Sphinx on Egypt plinth flanked by SOUTH AFRICA 1851.2.3 and CENTRAL INDIA scrolls; across the base a tri-part scroll PENINSULA SEVASTOPOL WATERLOO.
