1822/1845 Pattern infantry Officer's Sword


32 1/4 inch, single edged, slightly curved blade with wide fuller.  Brass, Gothic guard with crowned VR cartouche.  Brass stylised foliage backstrap.  Shagreen covered grip with twist wire binding (some wear).  Contained in its steel scabbard with two loose hanging rings.  Steel pitted.
