1827 Pattern Rifles Officer's Sword By Wilkinson

32 1/2 inch, dumbell blade with central fuller.  Etched Victorian crowned coat of arms over cypher and foliage panes.  Entwined owner's initials.  The forte with maker "Henry Wilkinson Pall Mall London".  Back edge numbered 38719.  Steel guard with Kings crown strung bugle cartouche.  Plain steel pommel and checkered backstrap.  Shagreen covered grip with twist wire binding.  Contained in its steel scabbard with two hanging rings.  Some plating loss.
