Victorian Artillery Officer's 4th Durham Artillery Sword 34 inch, single edged, slightly curved blade. Wide fuller. Etched floral panels and Victorian crowned field gun. The forte marked 4th Durham Artillery Corps. Steel, three bar guard. Steel backstrap. Shagreen covered grip with twist wire binding. Contained in its steel scabbard with two loose hanging rings. External steel with pitting and damage to scabbard tip.
