Badge. Royal Company of Archers (King’s Bodyguard for Scotland) shoulder belt plate. Fine rare post 1901 example by Brooke & Son, 87 George Street Edinburgh. Seeded gilt rectangular plate mounted with crowned oval KING'S BODYGUARD FOR SCOTLAND superimposed on a saltire with large central thistle. Four studs. Generally VGC Brooke & Son were Goldsmiths to the King's Bodyguard for Scotland (Royal Company of Archers)
