Imperial German Seitengewehr M1898/05 Early Pattern Butcher Bayonet

14 3/4 inch, single edged blade widening towards the point. Wide fuller.  Forte with maker "V.C Schilling Suhl".  Back edge dated "15".  Steel, turn up crossguard with part muzzle ring.  Steel pommel with Imperial stamps.  Wooden grooved slab grips.  Contained in its steel mounted, leather scabbard.  Complete with leather frog.
