18 x 14 x 14, green painted fibre box with reinforced steel corners and seams.  The lid with brass maker's label dated 1942.  Front black stencilled "US".  Internal fitted compartments containing enamel plates, bowl, jug, cups, knives, forks and spoons.  Cutlery stamped "US".
