A four clasp example, Cape Colony, Orange Free State, Transvaal, South Africa 1901. Suspension slightly slack. Farrier Sergeant Read clasp entitlement is confirmed whist serving with the 77th Coy. He is also noted as being attached to the Transvaal Constabulary.
