Edward VII Imperial Service Medal Ladies Awarded to LAVINIA A BARRETT. Complete with box fitting ribbon and Elkington & Co. Housed original leather and velvet lined box. One of only 75 of this type issued.

Lavinia Ambler Barrett was a Sorting Clerk and Telegraphist in the Newcastle-upon-Tyne Post Office and was awarded the medal 5th October  1909. Thanks to Damon Rogers for this extra information.
