Waterloo Period French AN1X Heavy Cavalry Trooper's Sword

37 3/4 inch, single edged, spear point blade with double fullers.  Back edge with maker dated 1814.  Brass guard with triple knuckle bow terminating with lower balls.  Brass pommel.  Leather covered ribbed grip.  Guard with various stamps.  Contained in its steel scabbard with two loose hanging rings.  Scabbard polished with some pitting.
