WW1 Imperial German Model 1898/05 1911 Butcher Sawback Bayonet. A early example, single edged blade widening to the point, with rear sawback edge. The forte stamped with details P.D. LUNESCHLOSE SOLINGEN. The back edge with issue stamps Crown over "O" 11 indicating 1911. The hilt with steel turn up quillon with early 1/4 muzzle ring and wooden ribbed slab grips. Housed in its steel scabbard. Overall GC. clean condition
