German Third Reich Kriegsmarine Officer Dagger by Eickhorn, Solingen Good scarce example, the fullered plated blade etched either side with anchor foliate panels; maker 1941-42 squirrel logo to the the forte. Gilded brass eagle and swastika pommel and fouled anchor ornamented crossguard; wire bound cream celluloid twist grip; complete with locking-catch and release button. Housed in gilt metal lightening bolt scabbard with oakleaf bands retaining two loose rings. Minor service wear and dents to scabbard, generally GC.
