green painted shell with lower rear seam brim.  The left side with painted 1st Infantry Division badge.  Rear with hand painted "RAT PACK".  Side swivel bales chinstrap.  Green painted fibre inner helmet with canvas and leather harness. Helmet complete with netting cover.
