Good die-stamped usual thin blackened brass crowned ERIN GO BRAGH CARLOW RIFLES oval strap resting on shamrock sprays; Maid of Erin Harp to lined centre. Replacement loops. GC Raised 1793 at Carlow, became 8th Bn. KRRC on Friday 1st July 1881.
