14 1/2 inch, single edged blade widening towards the point. Wide fuller.  Forte with maker "Gottlieb Hammesfahr Solingen Foche".  Back edge dated "16".  Steel, turn up quillon and pommel.  Grooved, wooden slab grips.  Contained in its steel scabbard with some damage.
