Good scarce die-stamped white metal Royal Arms over a scroll THE; below, a gun resting on a scroll TYNEMOUTH ARTILLERY VOLUNTEERS. Three loops (slightly AF) otherwise VGC Formed 16.8.1859 and claims to be the oldest volunteer artillery unit in the British Army.
