Scarce 1919 Dated Military Issue Kukri

13 1/2 inch, single edged blade of typical form with narrow fuller.  Forte stamped "D & Co 1919.49" with "I.G" and broad arrow. Steel ferrule and flat, oval pommel.  Wooden slab grips secured by brass rivets.  Contained in its leather covered, wooden scabbard with brass chape.  Scabbard stamped "CO1919" with broad arrow.  Leather dry and cracked with minor damage.  Together with a WW1, 1916 German shell case with trench art engraving.  2 items.
