Scots Guards Piper’s Feather Bonnet A good clean example of the black feather bonnet with four side tails. Lower red, white and black checkered band, with three rear tails. Complete with Scots Guards pipers plume, the interior with simulated leather sweatband, cloth lining and chinstrap. Overall clean condition, no badge.

American 1860 Pattern Light Cavalry Sword 35 inch, single edged, slightly curved blade with large fuller and narrow rear fuller.  Forte marked "US. 1864. A.G.M." and "C Roby W Chelmsford".  Brass, three bar guard and shaped pommel.  Ribbed leather covered, wooden grip.  Contained in its steel scabbard with two hanging rings.

WW2 Dated Mortar Carrying Backpack green painted, tubular steel, back frame.  Padded canvas shoulder pad marked "3 In Mor. MKII" dated 1945.  Leather shoulder straps.  The left side with canvas tube for carrying a single mortar shell.  Some storage wear.

Royal Navy Attributed George VI Period Officer's Sword. A very good example of the regulation pattern, attributed to Rear Admiral R.H. Tribe MBE. The blade with etched decoration of a crowned GVIR cypher and fouled anchor device. Forte with the retailers details of Gieves. The hilt with gilt guard and lion head pommel, which surmounts a white shagreen grip with twist wire binding. The folding guard is engraved with the name R.H. Tribe RN. Housed in gilt mounted leather scabbard and complimented with bullion sword knot. Near parade condition.

British P1888 Commercial Bayonet 12 inch, double edged blade, field sharpened.  No marks to the forte .  Steel muzzle ring, crossguard and pommel.  Wooden slab grips retained by two brass rivets.  Contained in its steel mounted, leather scabbard  complete with buff leather frog.

Pre WW2 Royal Air Force Officer's Service Dress Cap blue grey crown, body and stiffened peak.  Narrow, black patent leather chinstrap secured by black fabric covered buttons.  Black mohair band with bullion embroidery, KC cap badge.  Leather sweatband.  Grey quilted crown lining with "S.W. Silver & Co" tailor's stamp.

Napoleonic War Period Irish Glendermot Infantry Volunteers Sergeant Coatee. An extremely rare and important example Circa 1800 Scarlet cloth with Royal blue facings to the collar and cuffs. Tailored with white tasselled wings to the shoulders and retaining 13 pewter regimental buttons. These depicting the crowned Maid of Erin with regimental title Glendermot Infantry. The scarlet with age dulling no evidence of moth damage. Large number of buttons have been removed and now absent. Gordon Cummings Collection.
