Badge. 77th (East Middlesex) Regiment of Foot Victorian Officer's Albert pattern shako plate circa 1844-55. Fine scarce die-stamped gilt crowned star, four diagonal points with honours, mounted with sprays of laurel and palm surmounted with Prince of Wales's plumes; centrally a strap ‘EAST MIDDLESEX enclosing seeded 77 on a domed ground.
Two horizontal loops and complete with three of four wires to back of crown. VGC
