1798 Pattern Highland Officer's Broadsword by Harvey

35 3/4 inch, single edged blade with sharpened back edge point.  Wide fuller running through the point and short narrow fuller.  The forte with triple fuller.  Blade with both sides engraved crowned GR cypher and one side "Harvey".  Steel basket guard with bars and pierced heart and dot decoration.  One side with large oval rein hole.  Flat steel pommel.  Shagreen covered grip with twist wire binding.
