Badge. 33rd Foot (West Riding) Regiment of Foot Victorian Officer’s Albert pattern shako plate circa 1844-55. Good scarce fire gilt die-stamped crown star mounted with strap 1ST YORKSHIRE WEST RIDING REGIMENT with SERINGAPATAM and WATERLOO below. Centrally, within laurel sprays, 33 on burnished gilt ground. Horizontal loops and single wire behind the crown. Some ray tips creased and cross surmounting orb replaced otherwise GC.
